The Tomei EXPREME Ti Full Titanium Muffler Kit is specifically engineered for the Hyundai Genesis Coupe 2.0T, utilizing the G4KF engine. This high-performance exhaust system is crafted entirely from titanium, contributing to a substantial weight saving of 32.9 lbs (14.9 kg) over the stock unit. The design prioritizes exhaust efficiency, with minimal bends and curves in its piping to optimize flow throughout the entire power band. The main pipe boasts a diameter of 3.15 inches (80mm) with a 1.0mm thickness, while the silencer measures 5.98 inches (152mm) and the tip is 4.53 inches (115mm), both with 1.0mm thickness. This construction, along with a 6mm flange thickness, results in a total system weight of just 10.4 lbs (4.7kg). It is explicitly stated that this muffler kit is not compatible with 380GT models. Additionally, the kit includes a sound reducer (ver.2), and additional bolt holes may be required for its installation. The kit contents include main pipes A and B, silencer assembly and band, gaskets, hardware for mounting, clamp bands, springs, a muffler hanger, a sound reducer ver.2, and mounting hardware for flanges. A carbon rear bumper cover is also available separately to address the gap on the unused side after installation.
