The Tomei EXPREME Ti is a full titanium muffler kit designed for the 2022+ Subaru WRX with the FA24DIT engine. This kit features a 3.2-inch main pipe diameter and a 1.0mm pipe thickness. It includes all necessary installation hardware, such as bolts and nuts, along with Bolt Smooth Paste to prevent seizing under heat.

The Tomei EXPREME Ti Full Titanium Muffler Kit, part number TB6090-SB06B, is engineered specifically for the 2022 and newer Subaru WRX models equipped with the FA24DIT engine. Constructed entirely from titanium, this muffler kit offers a significant weight reduction compared to OEM components. The main pipe features a diameter of 3.2 inches (80.5mm) with a 1.0mm thickness, contributing to both performance and durability. The Type-D configuration includes dual silencers, each with a 6.0-inch diameter and 1.0mm thickness, and dual 4.5-inch (115.0mm) exit pipes. To aid in the installation process and prevent future issues, Bolt Smooth Paste is provided to help prevent bolts from seizing under high heat conditions. The EXPREME Ti muffler is available in different configurations affecting sound levels. With the included Sound Reducer, the Type-D variant can achieve 90db, or 95db without it. With the optional Sound Reducer ver.2, the sound levels are 85db (with reducer) and 99db (without reducer).
