It features a proprietary Secure Rotary Release Latching System for one-handed operation and 1-inch thick EnduraShield TPO panels that resist dents, scratches, and UV fading. The lightweight EnduraCoat-finished aluminum frame with dual-pivot MaxHinges provides durability, supporting up to 600 pounds of evenly distributed weight. Its weather-resistant design includes hard polymer rubber corners, hinge caps, and snap-on triple-fin perimeter seals. Installation is tool-free using Jaw-Grip clamps, offering quick setup in under an hour without drilling or modifications. The cover provides ⅔ bed access when open and can be fully removed in seconds, secured by integrated buckle straps while driving. It is proudly assembled in Michigan, USA, and comes with a limited 5-year warranty.
