These high-performance synthetic base stocks feature a high viscosity index, enabling effective lubrication across a wide temperature range and ensuring performance even at high operating temperatures. The oils provide high load-carrying capability, protecting equipment and extending its service life while minimizing unexpected downtime. They also exhibit exceptional resistance to rusting and corrosion, along with very good antiwear properties, demulsibility, foam control, air release, and multi-metal compatibility. Furthermore, the Mobil SHC Rarus Series boasts excellent water separability. This feature helps reduce oil carryover to downstream equipment, minimizes sludge formation in crankcases and discharge lines, and prevents blockage of coalescers and coolers, thereby reducing the potential for emulsion formation. The product is available in a 5-gallon pail and has a viscosity grade of 46.
