The BBR Motorsports 512-KLX-1102 is an extended throttle cable designed for the Kawasaki KLX110 and Suzuki DRZ110. It is 5 inches longer than the stock cable, allowing for the use of taller handlebars with the OEM throttle and carburetor.

The BBR Motorsports 512-KLX-1102 is an extended throttle cable specifically designed to facilitate the installation of taller handlebars on Kawasaki KLX110 and Suzuki DRZ110 models (2003-2005). This cable measures 5 inches longer than the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) cable, providing the necessary slack for higher handlebars while retaining the stock throttle and carburetor setup. It is designed to fit the OEM Kawasaki KLX110 throttle assembly. It will not work with any BBR throttle assemblies or most other aftermarket throttle systems, unless they are exact duplicates of the OEM KLX110 throttle. For applications utilizing a BBR throttle with the OEM KLX110 carb, BBR Motorsports offers a different throttle cable, part number 512-KLX-1101.
