Description

The BONOSS extended wheel bolt is a high-strength fastener manufactured using a super forging process from SCM440 alloy steel. With a tensile strength of 1,282 MPa or greater, these Grade 12.9 bolts are designed to provide superior structural integrity and fatigue resistance for long-term reliability. Each unit undergoes an electrophoretic coating process to resist corrosion from environmental factors like moisture and sunlight. Designed with a replaceable floating ball seat, these bolts offer flexibility for both factory and aftermarket wheel configurations. These bolts are available in a range of lengths from 27mm to 75mm to accommodate various wheel spacer thicknesses. When selecting the appropriate length, ensure that the thread engagement length is at least equal to the diameter of the fastener. Because seat types may vary based on wheel manufacturer, always confirm the lug seat type—conical or ball—before installation to ensure a secure fit.
