Description

Constructed from heat-treated 8740 chrome-moly steel, these studs boast a tensile strength of 200,000 psi, enabling them to reliably handle the extreme forces encountered during strenuous acceleration, high torque situations, and significant shock loads. The cadmium-plated finish adds durability and corrosion resistance. Each set includes five extended wheel studs with an M12 x 1.25mm thread pitch and a 3-inch length, featuring a 14mm knurl for secure seating. These are an excellent choice for vehicles participating in motorsports, those with significantly upgraded power, or custom wheel and brake installations that necessitate longer studs. They are suitable for various uses, including rally cars, racecars, overlanders, and even daily drivers. A critical consideration for installation is that open-ended lug nuts are required for these studs in most cases, and these are sold separately.
