Description

The VMS Racing High Performance Distributor Cap (part # DC8292) is engineered to eliminate the limitations of the stock internal coil found in many Honda and Acura engines. It's constructed with brass terminals, which ensure superior conductivity for a more reliable spark delivery. This kit includes the distributor cap itself, available in red or black, a red VMS Racing High Performance Rotor, and two 10.2mm spiral core coil wires. These wires are supplied with both male and female ends, simplifying the installation process and eliminating the need for custom fabrication often required with other brands' products. Crucially, this distributor cap and rotor kit is exclusively for vehicles utilizing an EXTERNAL ignition coil. It will NOT function as a direct OEM replacement if you intend to continue using the stock internal coil system. This modification is intended for performance builds seeking to upgrade their ignition system beyond factory specifications.
