The TITAN FUEL 7010313 is a Mid-Ship Fuel Tank designed as a high-capacity replacement for factory fuel tanks in diesel trucks. Constructed from military-grade, cross-linked high-density polyethylene (XLHDPE), this tank offers significantly enhanced durability, boasting 20 times the environmental stress crack resistance and five times the impact strength of OEM tanks. It is specifically engineered to integrate with the vehicle's existing factory fuel sending unit, ensuring accurate fuel gauge readings without requiring any modifications. The tank provides up to a 100% increase in fuel capacity, effectively doubling the vehicle's range. It is designed for straightforward installation by the at-home mechanic and comes with all necessary installation components. The tank's design allows it to sit 1.5 inches below the stock fuel tank shield bracket and is 2 inches deeper than the original OEM tank, while maintaining a similar aesthetic. Backed by a limited lifetime express warranty, this mid-ship fuel tank is resistant to delamination, rust, and corrosion from biodiesel, and is also lighter and quieter than traditional metal tanks.
