The Energy One BTX-11 is a high-performance extra plate clutch kit designed for 1990-1997 Big-Twin and 1991-2022 Sportster (XL) models. It also features eight tempered steel drive plates and a new diaphragm clutch spring that is 15% stronger than stock.

The Energy One BTX-11 is a high-performance extra plate clutch kit designed for 1990-1997 Big-Twin and 1991-2022 Sportster (XL) motorcycles. This kit offers a significant upgrade over stock clutches by providing 15% more clutch area, making it ideal for high-performance stroker engines. Complementing the friction plates are eight tempered steel drive plates. The included diaphragm clutch spring is 15% stronger than the stock spring, offering enhanced engagement and performance. Installation of this clutch kit requires a diaphragm clutch spring compression tool. Energy One recommends their part # CT-100 for this purpose. The pre-set stack height of the components is intended to facilitate an easier installation process.
