This engine starts with a seasoned Ford 6.2-liter core, which is then disassembled, bored, and stroked. Upgrades include new rods, pistons, cams, and fasteners.

The Livernois Motorsports Extreme 6.6L Ford 'Raptor' Stroker Complete Engine offers a significant performance and reliability upgrade for your Ford truck or Raptor. This engine is built upon a seasoned Ford 6.2-liter core that undergoes a complete disassembly, followed by boring and stroking to achieve a true 400 cubic inch displacement. Livernois Motorsports engineers have incorporated upgrades to the rods, pistons, cams, and fasteners as part of this process. Designed with power adders in mind, this complete engine is configured with a 9.5 to 1 compression ratio. A critical upgrade includes the installation of billet oil pump gears to prevent the common failure associated with the stock pot metal oil pump gears. These extensive modifications ensure the engine is capable of handling well over 850 horsepower without issue.
