Extreme Duty 3" Thick Aluminum Radiator

The IPR Extreme Duty 3" Thick Aluminum Radiator is engineered to provide enhanced cooling for 2005-2007 Ford F-Series trucks (F250, F350, F450, F550) and Excursions equipped with the International VT365 engine. This radiator replaces the OEM plastic tanks and the less efficient 1.24-inch core with robust aluminum tanks and a substantial 3-inch thick core. This design significantly increases cooling capacity, addressing potential issues with leaking or cracking OEM components and providing superior thermal performance for demanding applications. The unit is designed to integrate with the original fan shroud, though installation may require elongating the core support bracket mounting holes to allow the radiator to be moved forward by 0.75 inches. Additionally, minor trimming of the fan shroud may be necessary for optimal fitment. IPR also advises inspecting cab mount bushings when a radiator fails, as worn bushings can lead to excessive body-to-frame movement that may damage the radiator. Proof of cab mount bushing replacement may be required for warranty claims.
