The SpeedFactory Racing Extreme Duty L19 Head Stud Kit is engineered for high-performance applications, specifically targeting hardcore drag racers who operate with high boost levels. This kit provides superior clamping force and tensile strength compared to conventional 8740 chromoly studs. Manufactured by ARP using an L19 alloy steel, these head studs are 25% stronger than standard offerings and boast a tensile strength of 260,000 psi. This robust construction ensures reliability under extreme conditions. The studs feature a hex broach on top for easier installation, allowing for installation with the cylinder head in place if necessary. These studs are a direct, drop-in replacement for the OEM head bolts, meaning no modifications are needed for your cylinder head or block. They are recommended for applications boosting higher than 30 PSI and achieve higher clamp loads (260,000 psi) compared to competitors' ratings (190,000-210,000 psi). The kit includes one Extreme Duty L19 Head Stud Kit and is covered by SpeedFactory's Standard Limited Warranty. This product is specifically designed to fit a range of Honda and Acura models, including the 1994-2001 Acura Integra, 2002-2006 Acura RSX, and 2006-2015 Honda Civic Si, along with an extensive list of other compatible vehicles.
