Overview

The SuspensionMAXX Extreme Duty sway bar links are designed for lifted Dodge Ram trucks with approximately 6 inches of lift that do not use a sway bar relocation bracket. These links are 33% larger and 50% stronger than the original design, utilizing 4140 alloy steel eyelets and drawn over mandrel steel tubing for durability. They feature thermoplastic/urethane bushings for improved performance and longevity over stock rubber designs. The kit includes all necessary hardware for installation.

The SuspensionMAXX Extreme Duty Sway bar links (SMX-122610EX) are engineered as a direct replacement for the stock sway bar end links on 2003-2005 Dodge Ram 2500 and 3500 4x4 models, including Mega Cab configurations, specifically for applications with an approximate 6-inch lift. These links are built to withstand the higher dynamic loads placed on the stabilizer system by the elevated roll center of lifted trucks. Constructed with 4140 alloy steel eyelets and drawn over mandrel steel tubing, these links are designed for superior strength and durability. They replace the wear-prone stock ball socket with a robust and long-lasting design featuring thermoplastic/urethane bushings, which offer better performance and a longer lifespan than traditional rubber bushings. The links measure 10.0 inches from center to center. The kit comes complete with all necessary hardware, including stainless steel washers and locking fasteners. These links are maintenance-free, corrosion-resistant, and are 100% American-made. They are covered by the MAXXLinks Limited Warranty.
