The Ksport Procomp Big Brake Kit provides superior stopping power for your vehicle, significantly reducing brake fade through advanced integration of new brake technology that continually cools the brake pad surface. This kit features an extreme lightweight one-piece caliper, CNC machined from aircraft quality billet, weighing just over 5lbs. It boasts a differential bore configuration and integrated protection grooves for bridge tubes. Standard on this caliper design are aluminum pistons, high-temperature seals, and stainless-steel brake pad wear plates, all contributing to improved pad wear and caliper rigidity over OEM designs. Stainless-steel brake lines are included to prevent expansion under pressure. Ksport utilizes a 2-piece disc assembly that reduces both rotating and unsprung weight. Optional floating discs are available to prevent thermal stresses from warping the braking surface. The unique rotor slot design minimizes braking noise and efficiently expels gas and pad debris. All rotors are heat-treated and balanced for optimal performance. For daily driven vehicles, cross-drilled rotors are recommended for cooler operation, while slotted rotors are better suited for track use. The system offers a sophisticated bolt-on brake upgrade that enhances brake power, especially under sustained high-heat conditions, making it ideal for both street and track use.
