Extreme Lightweight One-Piece Caliper

This kit features an extreme lightweight, one-piece caliper that is CNC machined from aircraft-quality billet aluminum. It utilizes a differential bore configuration and opposed piston design to greatly improve pad wear and caliper rigidity compared to OEM systems. Standard components include aluminum pistons for corrosion resistance and lighter weight, high-temperature seals for sustained high-temperature use, and stainless-steel brake pad wear plates. The kit also includes reinforced carbon steel caliper brackets for direct bolt-on installation without modifications. Ksport utilizes a 2-piece disc assembly, incorporating an aluminum center for reduced rotational mass, quicker braking response, and shorter stopping distances. This design also minimizes rotor warpage from thermal stresses. The rotors feature a unique slot design to reduce braking noise and expel gas and debris faster, with options for slotted or cross-drilled surfaces. Slotted rotors are recommended for track use, while cross-drilled rotors are best for daily driven street cars. This kit includes replacement calipers, rotors, pads, brake lines, and all necessary hardware.
