Extreme Lightweight One-Piece Caliper Kit

The system actively cools and refreshes the brake pad surface during braking, ensuring consistent performance. The kit features an ultra-lightweight, one-piece caliper, CNC machined from aircraft-quality billet. This caliper weighs just over 5 lbs and includes integrated protection grooves for bridge tubes. Standard features on each caliper include aluminum pistons, high-temperature seals, and stainless-steel brake pad wear plates. The opposed piston design enhances both pad wear and caliper rigidity compared to OEM setups. Additionally, stainless-steel brake lines are included to eliminate expansion under pressure. Ksport utilizes a two-piece disc assembly to reduce both rotating and unsprung weight. Many applications offer a floating disc option, which mitigates thermal stresses from extreme heat, preventing warping or cupping of the braking surface. The unique rotor slot design minimizes braking noise and efficiently expels gas and pad debris. All rotors are heat-treated and balanced for optimal performance. Cross-drilled rotors are recommended for daily drivers due to their cooler operating temperatures, while slotted rotors are better suited for track use.
