Extreme Lightweight One-Piece Opposed Piston Caliper Brake

This kit integrates advanced brake technology, ensuring continuous cooling and refreshment of the brake pad surface during use. The caliper is a standout component, CNC machined from aircraft-quality billet to an extreme lightweight (just over 5lbs) one-piece design with differential bore configuration and integrated protection grooves. It features aluminum pistons, high-temperature seals, and stainless-steel brake pad wear plates. The opposed piston caliper design enhances both pad wear and caliper rigidity compared to factory components. This kit utilizes a 2-piece disc assembly to minimize both rotating and unsprung weight. Many applications include a floating disc option to mitigate thermal stresses and prevent warping or cupping of the braking surface under extreme heat. The unique slot design on the rotors effectively reduces braking noise while also expelling gas and pad debris more rapidly than conventional designs. Every rotor is heat-treated and balanced for optimal performance. While cross-drilled rotors are recommended for daily-driven vehicles for cooler operation, the slotted rotors in this kit are ideal for vehicles that see more track use.
