The Continental ExtremeContact Sport 02 is a dynamic, summer ultra-high performance tire engineered for passenger cars, equally suited for street and track use. It features SportPlus Technology, which combines responsive handling, superior wet grip, and extended tread life. This tire excels in both dry and wet conditions, offering excellent braking performance and track-proven capabilities. It is a preferred tire of ROUSH Performance and the BMW Performance Driving School. Built for balance, grip, and response, the ExtremeContact Sport 02 utilizes an advanced silica compound to enhance wet and dry traction, while SportPlus Technology ensures stability during high-speed maneuvers and sharp cornering. Its internal construction is optimized for weight distribution and tread rigidity, leading to improved braking and road feel with reduced rolling noise. This tire is designed for vehicles requiring 18-inch wheels with a 245/45R18 tire size. Installation involves mounting to 18-inch wheels and requires balancing before use. Professional installation is recommended. Continental offers a 30K Limited Warranty, a 60-Day Trial, 3 Years of Roadside Assistance, and 12 Months of Road Hazard Coverage with this tire.
