Overview

The AGS EZ-Fit NiCopp Brake Line Kit (CNC-154KIT) is engineered for 2003-2006 Tahoe and Yukon models equipped with the JL4 StabiliTrak option. These vehicles have a unique proportioning block and routing changes that generic line kits do not accommodate. The AGS kit provides factory-correct bends, lengths, and port locations, dropping into stock clips and threading into the OE distribution block. The lines are made from NiCopp alloy tubing, which is DOT-approved, rust-proof, burst-rated to 10,000 PSI, and heat-safe to 1,800 °F, while remaining hand-tweakable for micro-alignment. The lines come pre-flared with zinc-plated, metric fittings, eliminating the need for flaring tools or adapters. The kit offers complete system coverage, including master-cylinder, ABS module, front, rear, crossover, and over-axle lines, with new clips where required. Each line is labeled for its location, and an illustrated guide is included for installation.
