The ProCharger Intercooled Race Kit is a high-performance supercharger system engineered for the 2006-2013 7.0L Chevrolet Corvette C6 models. This tuner kit delivers substantial horsepower and torque increases, with options for F-1D, F-1, or F-1A head units. The F-1D unit is suited for base horsepower ranges of 300-500, capable of producing up to 1050 horsepower with 34 psi of boost. The F-1 and F-1A units also produce up to 1050-1100 horsepower, with the F-1A handling up to 38 psi of boost. This kit includes a high-capacity, front-mounted air-to-air intercooler featuring a durable bar and plate design. This intercooler effectively reduces intake air temperatures, preventing power-robbing detonation and protecting the engine. The system is constructed using CNC machining and aircraft-grade 7075 T-6 aluminum for robust and long-lasting impellers, recognized as the strongest in the industry. ProCharger is known for backing its superchargers with industry-leading warranties. It is important to note that this is a tuner kit and requires custom dyno tuning for operation. Fuel components, electronic components, and a handheld tuning device are not included. The system requires 91 octane or higher fuel. Professional installation is recommended due to the mechanical expertise needed. ProCharger is not responsible for boost levels or the quality of the tune for modified applications. Vehicles built for export or non-US spec vehicles may require custom tuning.
