Description

The AEM F/IC-6 is a PC-programmable piggyback fuel and ignition controller designed to modify engine parameters on a wide range of vehicles. This 6-channel unit allows users to retard ignition timing and adjust fuel delivery to accommodate aftermarket forced induction setups or other engine modifications. With 6 user-configurable maps, each featuring a 21x17 grid of load and RPM breakpoints, the F/IC-6 offers substantial tuning flexibility. It is compatible with OBD-II computers and can be adapted to various 4 and 6-cylinder engines through custom installation. The F/IC-6 is a universal fit product and is not designed for specific vehicle installations. Adaptation to different cars will require custom work or professional installation. The manufacturer notes that it is discontinued and unavailable as new.
