The AEM F/IC-8 is a fuel and ignition controller designed for late model OBD-II vehicles with aftermarket forced induction. It can drive up to 8 fuel injectors or control up to 8 additional ones, and can also retard ignition timing. The unit features a datalogging capability with a USB connection to a PC or internal logging memory.

The AEM F/IC-8 (Part # 30-1930) is a fuel and ignition controller specifically designed to address the needs of late-model OBD-II vehicles equipped with aftermarket forced induction systems. This controller offers robust fuel and ignition management capabilities. It can drive up to eight primary fuel injectors or control up to eight additional injectors. Furthermore, the F/IC-8 provides the ability to retard ignition timing, allowing for finer tuning of engine performance under boost. For diagnostic and tuning purposes, the F/IC-8 includes a datalogger function. This allows users to record engine data directly to their PC via a USB connection or to the unit's 2MB internal logging memory. Additionally, AEM has engineered the F/IC-8 to integrate seamlessly without interfering with the factory Can-Bus system found in late-model race vehicles.
