Description

High-revving, deep-breathing LS engine designed for circle track racing. Based on 6.2L LS3, adapted for racing with a carbureted intake manifold and 6-quart racing oil pan. Upgraded with forged pistons. Features lightweight aluminum block with cross-bolted 6-bolt main caps and high-flow LS3 rectangular-port cylinder heads. Rated at 533 hp at 6,600 rpm and 477 lb.-ft. of torque at 5,200 rpm. Includes coil-on-plug ignition and SFI-certified balancer. Not intended for street use; only legal for uncontrolled/closed competition racing vehicles.
