F21BT Hybrid Turbocharger Kit for Audi 2.7T

The Frankenturbo F21BT hybrid turbo kit is engineered to unlock the full potential of your Audi 2.7T engine. Manufactured to meet or exceed OEM specifications, all components are meticulously designed, balanced, and assembled in the USA, backed by a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturer defects. Key features of this turbocharger kit include a robust 10-blade MixedFlow Inconel 625 alloy steel turbine rotor and high-performance billet 7075-series forged aluminum compressor wheels. The kit also incorporates an anti-surge 2618-series aluminum billet compressor wheel, high-strength 42CrMo rotor shafts, and 360° alloy thrust bearings for durability and reliability. The adjustable "high-lift" actuators allow for boost pressure customization ranging from 5psi to 12psi, complemented by fully ported 26mm wastegate chambers and oversized 34mm wastegate flaps for optimal airflow control. Further enhancing performance, the turbine housings are constructed from SiMo (Silicon-Molybdenum) and offer an optional dual ceramic thermal layer for improved heat management. The compressor inlet piping measures 54mm internally. Optional upgrades such as hardware kits, ceramic coating for turbine housings, fuel injectors, and manual boost controllers can be added. Note that the oversized (54mm ID) FrankenLets & silicone Y-pipe couplers can be removed to reduce cost, but compatible components must be supplied by the user for the kit to function correctly.
