The ARM Motorsports F30 N55 Charge Pipe is a replacement for the stock plastic charge pipe on your BMW F30 N55.

Constructed from mandrel-bent T6061 aluminum, this charge pipe features CNC machined connections for a precise seal, ensuring all boost reaches the engine. It has a 3-inch diameter at the throttle body, reducing to 2.5 inches to match various intercoolers.

The ARM Motorsports F30 N55 Charge Pipe is engineered to replace the fragile OEM plastic charge pipe found in BMW F-series N55 engines, addressing a common failure point that can lead to limp mode or being stranded. Constructed from durable T6061 aluminum with mandrel bends, this charge pipe is designed to withstand high boost applications. The throttle body and intercooler connections are CNC machined for a precise and reliable seal, ensuring optimal boost delivery to the engine. It features a 3-inch diameter at the throttle body, tapering to 2.5 inches to ensure compatibility with OEM and aftermarket intercoolers that connect to the stock charge pipe. This charge pipe includes a CNC machined MAP sensor flange for easy installation of the OEM sensor. Additionally, it offers two 1/8" NPT ports, providing versatility for methanol/nitrous injection, boost taps, or smoke testing. For automatic transmission vehicles, it includes a connection for the transmission vent port; manual transmission models will use an included cap and clamp to block this port. The ARM Motorsports F30 N55 Charge Pipe is designed for a range of BMW models including the F22 M235i, F30 335i, F32/F33/F36 435i, and F87 M2, all equipped with the N55 engine. It is available in both RWD and AWD variants to ensure proper fitment. Combining this charge pipe with the ARM N55 Turbo Outlet Pipe offers a complete upgrade for your vehicle's charge-air piping system.
