F38 38mm External Wastegate

The TiAL F38 is a 38mm external wastegate engineered for robust and stable boost control in performance applications. Its construction features a heavy-duty 347 SS alloy for both the valve and valve housing, providing excellent durability under high temperatures and pressures. The actuator is equipped with a 17-7 PH SS spring and a high-temperature silicone Nomex reinforced diaphragm, ensuring rock-solid boost stability and a valve that is designed not to fail. This wastegate is compatible with Turbonetics Deltagate systems. Please note that inlet and outlet weld flanges are sold separately and must be acquired to complete the installation. Available spring pressures include a range from .3 bar to 1.4 bar, with higher pressures incurring an additional cost. The wastegate itself is available in Black or Silver finishes.
