F38 38mm External Wastegate

The TiAL Sport F38 Wastegate is a 38mm external wastegate engineered for precise boost control in turbocharged vehicles. This model features a 38mm valve, similar to the MV-S, but is approximately 25mm taller and does not include water cooling. Its construction utilizes a high-temperature NiCrFe alloy for the valve and 1.4550 (347SS) stainless steel for the body, ensuring durability and longevity even under extreme operating conditions. The internal components include a Nomex silicone membrane, chosen for its exceptional resistance to high temperatures and its robust durability. The wastegate is designed with a classic 2-bolt flange, a common feature that facilitates compatibility with a wide range of cast exhaust manifolds. This design has been a staple in the performance aftermarket since its initial release in 2001, known for its reliable performance.
