F38 38mm Wastegate

The TiAL F38 Wastegate is engineered to replace the legacy F35 model, offering enhanced flow characteristics and a more straightforward installation process. Its compact size and high valve lift capability make it an excellent choice for demanding applications. The F38 is designed with a 2.8-inch bolt pattern, allowing it to directly replace many existing competitive wastegates while providing a superior upgrade in both material quality and performance. This wastegate boasts a robust construction, utilizing premium stainless steel and aluminum components. The valve stem is treated with a proprietary TiAL coating, rigorously tested for wear resistance, ensuring longevity and reliable operation. It is capable of controlling boost pressures within a range of 0.3 to 1.6 BAR, with a substantial mass flow rate of 41 LB/MIN. The dual-port diaphragm chamber is designed for precise boost control under all operating conditions, and it features M10 signal ports for both chambers. Included with the F38 Wastegate are all necessary components for installation: the WG assembly, valve seat, air fitting set, inlet and outlet flange gaskets, and mounting bolts. Actuator color and spring rating are specified at the time of order to meet specific application needs.
