F3X N55 AWD Charge Pipe

The ARM Motorsports F3X N55 AWD Charge Pipe is engineered to replace the failure-prone OEM plastic charge pipe found in F30 N55 vehicles. The stock pipe is known to crack, even at factory boost levels, and is particularly susceptible to failure in tuned vehicles. This aluminum replacement is built to withstand high boost applications. Constructed from mandrel-bent T6061 aluminum, this charge pipe features CNC-machined connections for both the throttle body (3" diameter) and intercooler (2.5" diameter) to ensure a precise and leak-free seal. It includes a CNC-machined MAP sensor flange for easy installation of the factory sensor. Additionally, two 1/8" NPT ports are integrated for methanol/nitrous setups, boost taps, or smoke testing. The pipe accommodates the transmission vent port connection for automatic transmission cars, and includes a cap for manual transmission models. This charge pipe is designed to fit with FMIC's that use OEM connections, including the stock intercooler and the ARM F30 FMIC. It is specifically designed for xDrive (AWD) N55-powered BMWs, including the F25 X3, F22 M235i, F30 335i, F32 435i, F33 435i, and F36 435i. If your vehicle is RWD, a different charge pipe is required. The kit includes the upper and lower charge pipe sections, silicone coupler, meth port caps, throttle body O-ring, T-bolt clamps, and an AT vent cap for MT cars.
