Overview

The TiAL Sport F46P is a 46mm wastegate designed as a direct replacement for OE Porsche 924, 911, 930, and 964 Turbo models. This wastegate offers a mass flow of 49 LB/MIN and a pressure range of 0.2/1.84 BAR.

Boost pressure line retrofitting is required for installation.

The TiAL Sport F46P wastegate is engineered to be the sole aftermarket replacement for the original equipment wastegates found in Porsche 924, 911, 930, and 964 Turbo models. Featuring a 46mm valve diameter, the F46P is capable of a mass flow rate of 49 LB/MIN and supports a pressure range from 0.2 to 1.84 BAR. The valve stem has undergone TiAL's proprietary coating process and is further protected by a rigorously tested wear coating, ensuring durability and performance. Included with the F46P wastegate are essential components for installation, such as the WG assembly, valve seat, air fitting set, inlet/outlet flange gaskets, and mounting bolts. Actuator color and spring rating are specified at the time of order, allowing for customization to meet specific performance needs.
