F60 Mini Cooper S JCW Intake System

The Eventuri F60 Mini Cooper intake system is a performance upgrade engineered for the F60 MINI Cooper S and JCW models, fitting both LCI and Pre-LCI configurations. This intake system is designed as a complete, sealed unit to prevent the turbo from drawing hot air from the engine bay. It is enhanced by a functional bonnet scoop that directs ambient air into the intake duct. The duct features a larger internal volume compared to the stock unit and also draws air from the standard location above the radiator. This combination of a sealed system and air scoop results in lower intake temperatures and avoids heat soak, which is particularly beneficial for higher-powered MINIs. The core of the system includes Eventuri's patented Venturi filter housing, which provides an aerodynamically efficient airflow path. Coupled with a CNC-machined MAF tube, it ensures the smoothest possible flow to the turbo and maintains laminar flow conditions. The MAF tube is precisely machined to ensure the sensor operates within OEM parameters, preventing engine warning codes, and is insulated with neoprene rubber wrap to protect against high temperatures. The system is constructed from Carbon Fiber or Plastic, with the scoop crafted from 100% prepreg carbon fiber. Performance enhancements are significant, with the Cooper S model reporting gains of 8-15hp and 15-25 ft-lb of torque. The Cooper JCW can experience even greater increases of 15-27hp and 20-26 ft-lb of torque. V-Box acceleration tests on a Stage 1 Cooper S showed a reduction of approximately 0.6 seconds in 60-130mph times when equipped with the Eventuri intake compared to the stock system.
