F98 Fuel Pump Kit with 255LPH Pump

The Racetronix F98 Fuel Pump Kit (RFPK-002) is engineered as a direct drop-in replacement for the factory GM plastic pump assembly in 1998 LS1 Camaro, Firebird, and Trans Am vehicles equipped with metal fuel tanks and swingarm senders. This comprehensive kit features the RXP Turbine-Tech fuel pump, capable of delivering 225LPH at 58PSI (rated at 255LPH at 43.5PSI). The pump utilizes new turbine technology for reduced noise, enhanced reliability, and improved compatibility with Ethanol-enhanced fuels like E-85. The kit also includes an anodized T6 aluminum fuel pump module for simple installation and a pre-assembled, plug-and-play heavy-duty in-tank Teflon wiring harness. Stainless steel hardware and installation instructions are also included. The included wiring harness (FPWH-002) is crucial for achieving the pump's stated performance specifications. Factory wiring is often insufficient for high-performance pumps, which draw more than double the power. Running a high-performance pump off factory wiring can result in a 15-25% reduction in performance and diminished reliability. This design eliminates the need for cutting or splicing factory wiring and includes a redundant ground upgrade.
