Fabricated 10" Front and Rear Axle Assemblies

The front axle features a High Pinion Gearworks 10" Third Member, utilizing reverse-cut gears for optimal driveline angles and strength. This setup includes a 10" ring and pinion with a 35-spline pinion and a load bolt to prevent ring gear deflection. The outer assemblies utilize Fusion's Kingpin design, featuring USA-forged alloy steel inner Cs and knuckles. It comes equipped with Fusion 1480 forged chromoly axle shafts (35-spline) with a lifetime warranty, an 8 x 6.5 wheel bolt pattern, an OE quality ABS kit, and a big brake kit with dual piston calipers and 13.25" rotors. Standard Yukon Hardcore Locking Hubs are included. Customers can opt for the 35-spline outer assembly with US-made 35-spline chromoly axle shafts, or an optional 40-spline outer assembly featuring forged chromoly spindles, hubs, and 40-spline axle shafts for significantly increased strength. Both rear axle options include an 8 x 6.5 bolt pattern and a big brake kit with 13.25" rotors. The steering system incorporates Fusion's 2.5 Ton Tie Rod, backed by a no-BS lifetime warranty. It features 1-1/4" shank heat-treated forged ends, anti-rotation bushings, and a 1.75" diameter solid 7075 aluminum tie rod known for its strength and memory. The axle tubes are constructed from 3.5" x 3/8" DOM, with a formed 1/4" plate center section and a 1/2" face plate. The included JL bracket kit is made from 1/4" steel, laser cut, and CNC bent.
