Fabspeed Sport Headers w/ HJS Catalytic Converters

The Fabspeed Sport Headers are engineered to significantly improve exhaust flow, torque, and the characteristic sports car sound of the Porsche 987 Boxster and Cayman. These headers are designed as a direct bolt-on application, requiring no cutting or welding for installation. Constructed from equal-length T304 stainless steel tubing with C.N.C. mandrel bending, these headers ensure improved torque and more balanced engine pulsing. This set includes German-imported 200-cell HJS Sport Catalytic Converters, maximizing performance while offering a dramatic improvement in the vehicle's sound profile across the RPM band. Composite gaskets are included to ensure a leak-proof seal. Installation requires a specific follow-up procedure: after the initial heat cycle, all exhaust bolts must be tightened to OEM torque specifications to ensure a proper header seal. It is important to note that Fabspeed’s 200-cell high-flow catalytic converters are not C.A.R.B. certified and are intended for Off-Road Use ONLY in the state of California. A California warning regarding Cancer and Reproductive Harm is also associated with this product. These Fabspeed Sport Headers are compatible with all Porsche 987 Boxster/Cayman vehicles from 2005-2008, including specific models like the Boxster S 3.2L (2005-2006), Boxster Base 2.7L (2005-2008), Boxster S 3.4L (2007-2011), Boxster Base 2.9L (2009-2011), Cayman Base 2.7L (2006-2008), Cayman R 3.4L, and Cayman S 3.4L.
