The 3M Rugged Comfort Quick Latch Half Facepiece Reusable Respirator 6500QL Series features a convenient quick latch drop-down mechanism for easy on/off, especially when moving in and out of contaminated areas. It's designed for comfort, durability, and stability with a firm, lightly textured silicone faceseal. This respirator is NIOSH-approved and compatible with a wide variety of 3M bayonet-style filters and cartridges. It's ideal for tough and dirty work environments. The low-profile design offers a wide field of view and compatibility with certain welding and grinding shields. The adjustable head cradle and straps provide a personalized fit. The 3M Cool Flow Valve helps release warm and moist exhaled breath, and an exhalation valve cover directs breath downward. When properly fitted and used with approved 3M filters and/or cartridges, this half facepiece helps provide respiratory protection for concentrations up to 10 times the OSHA permissible exposure limit (PEL). It connects with all 3M 2000, 5000, and 7000 Series filters and 6000 Series cartridges, and can be used with 3M Powered Air Systems for increased convenience and flexibility.
