FACTORY RACE 2.5 X 10 COIL-OVER PIGGYBACK SHOCK - DSC ADJUSTER (CUSTOM)

The FOX Factory Race Series 2.5 x 10 Coil-Over Piggyback Shock with DSC Adjuster (MPN: 981-25-112-3C) is a high-performance, dimension-based fitment coil-over shock designed as a primary suspension component. It features adjustable preload and dual-rate spring crossover rings for precise ride tuning. The shock boasts a smooth bore and honed seamless steel body with a proprietary FOX Grey Cerakote® protective ceramic coating over a zinc-plated basecoat for enhanced corrosion resistance and durability. Key features include a wire ring bearing design, PTFE coated bronze impregnated steel piston wear band, a 2-inch black anodized billet aluminum lower eyelet, and an orange anodized billet aluminum FAV cap. Internal components are black anodized, CNC machined 6061-T6 billet aluminum with 7/8\" hard chrome plated 17-4 H900 stainless steel shafts and a 6061-T6 hard-anodized billet aluminum 9-port high-flow piston. The valving is tunable and velocity-sensitive with deburred valve shims. High-temp Viton® redundant sealing pack system ensures durability. It utilizes JM92 Advanced Suspension Fluid for superior race-proven performance across a wide temperature range. The shock comes with PTFE-lined, heat-treated steel spherical bearings and reusable ORB O-ring port hose fittings for a superior seal. Included accessories are adjustable preload rings, crossover rings, spring divider, and spring retainer. Adjustments include piston valving (compression, rebound), spring preload, and spring dual-rate crossover point. It features a piggyback reservoir and DSC (Dual Speed Compression) adjusters. It has an extended length of 28.5 inches and a compressed length of 18.55 inches. The top and bottom mounts are eyelets.
