The FOX Factory Race Series 2.5 Internal Bypass shocks are engineered for the Jeep JK and JKU, delivering advanced velocity and position-sensitive damping technology. This bolt-on kit provides Dual Speed Compression (DSC) adjustment for fine-tuning your Jeep's performance to match your load, environment, and driving style. Featuring a patented Internal Bypass design, these shocks allow for multiple zones of damping control. This technology progressively produces more force to manage hard bottom-outs, prevent harsh top-outs, and offer a controlled landing. The shock fluid bypasses the main piston through bleed holes in the ride zone, ensuring a smoother experience. The shocks are constructed with 2.5-inch diameter impact-extruded and CNC-machined 6061-T6 Type III anodized aluminum bodies, offering durability and corrosion resistance. The 7/8-inch hard chromed steel shafts and redundant sealing pack system (main seal, wiper seal, scraper seal) further enhance longevity. An external reservoir increases oil capacity and houses an internal floating piston (IFP) to separate shock oil and nitrogen, maintaining consistent damping and cooling. These shocks are specifically tuned for vehicle performance and are designed for a 2.5"-4" lift height. They fit 2007-2018 Jeep Wrangler (JK and JKU) models. Installation includes stem top mounts and eyelet bottom mounts, with a travel of 9.79 inches.
