Description

The Motorad 7244-180 is a fail-safe engine coolant thermostat designed to meet OEM quality and safety standards. It features a copper case and wax compound for rapid response to temperature changes and includes an offset design and air relief valve. This thermostat is 100% tested and calibrated, manufactured with steel and copper materials, and is designed to prevent costly engine damage.

This thermostat has an outlet inside diameter of 1.04 inches and an outlet outside diameter of 1.25 inches. It operates at a temperature rating of 180°F (82.22°C) and includes a jiggle pin weep hole. A gasket or seal is required but not included.
