The TeraFlex Falcon SP2 3.3 Fast Adjust Piggyback Shocks are engineered to enhance both on-road comfort and off-road performance for your vehicle. Featuring a 2.3-inch shock body constructed from 6061-T6 aluminum alloy, these shocks are built to withstand impacts. The piston is crafted from hard-anodized 6061-T6 aluminum alloy billet, and utilizes a 1-piece Teflon bronze piston wear band with an O-ring. The VOD (Volume Optimized Damping) system, with its digressive linear piston, increases damping volume and reduces shock bottoming for a smoother ride over varied terrain. For consistent performance across all temperatures, a high-viscosity, full synthetic Red Line shock oil is used. The piggyback design increases oil and gas capacity, reducing heat and improving flow compared to standard reservoir hose shocks, while also minimizing potential leakage issues. These shocks offer a Fast Adjust Knob with three compression settings: Soft, Custom, and Firm. The Custom setting provides an 8-Position dial for more precise tuning, allowing drivers to adjust damping for a wide range of driving conditions. All necessary hardware is included for installation. The shocks are also serviceable and rebuildable, with a 3-year warranty. They have undergone 1,000-hour salt spray corrosion resistance testing on all hardware.
