The Jagg Fan-assisted Vertical 10-row Oil Cooler System is engineered to provide extreme performance in a compact package, ensuring optimal operation whether navigating low-speed city traffic or cruising on the open highway. Designed specifically to exceed the cooling demands of modern V-Twin motorcycles, this 10-row, high-performing, two-pass Jagg oil cooler is built to fit all bikes equipped with vertical frame tubes. Constructed with aluminum and finished with a durable powder coating, the cooler boasts smooth end caps and a gloss-black finish that blends seamlessly with the motorcycle's hardware. It mounts to the left frame down-tube, strategically spaced to allow ample airflow to both the oil cooler and the engine cylinders. The mounting system utilizes unique, highly-durable Uralite mounts that offer a shock-absorbing effect and a clean aesthetic. Special in-line turbulators enhance efficiency with minimal oil pressure loss, while Jagg's HyperFlow Technology ensures unsurpassed flow and heat rejection. The integrated Jagg WeatherTek fan, a worldwide exclusive, is dust-tight, waterproof, and activates automatically around 210ºF, pulling a full 75cfm across the cooler. A unique offset oil filter adapter, machined from billet aluminum with a hard-anodized satin black finish, provides an easy access point for the oil supply. This sandwich-style adapter installs between the stock oil filter mount and the filter, incorporating HyperFlow Technology for optimal performance and flow characteristics. The system includes all necessary hardware and detailed installation instructions. The fan operates at 7.5W at start and 2.5W continuously. However, it will not fit bikes with lower fairings; Jagg recommends their LowMount model as an alternative. Additionally, it does not fit FLH WaterHead models.
