The FASS Titanium Signature Series is a high-performance diesel fuel lift pump system designed to improve fuel delivery and filtration for 2001-2016 GM Duramax 6.6L engines. Rated at 250 gallons per hour (GPH) and supporting engines producing 900-1200 HP, it's pre-set to 8-10 PSI fuel pressure. Key features include FASS Whisper Technology (FWT) for quiet operation, Performance Radius Cuts (PRC) to optimize fuel flow and prevent air/vapor reintroduction, and Mass Flow Return (MFR) technology for continuous fuel polishing and cavitation prevention. The system removes water, air, and debris from diesel fuel with a 2-micron filtration rating, extending the life of injectors and injection pumps, improving fuel economy, and ensuring a smoother engine idle. It includes all necessary components for installation and boasts a CARB EO# D-713 for compliance.
