The FASS Signature Series Adjustable Diesel Fuel System is designed as a versatile high-performance fuel system for GM Duramax 6.6L applications, allowing for adjustable fuel pressures. This system uses the same motor as the FASS Titanium Signature Series Systems, rated at 290 gallons of diesel fuel per hour, and offers adjustable fuel pressure from 1-75 PSI to customize fuel delivery for race or competition diesel engines. It includes a boost compensation port which raises fuel pressures under full throttle to maintain consistent fuel pressure.

The kit comes with a bulkhead fitting and suction tube, machined from 6061 T-6 Billet Aluminum. The bulkhead fitting functions as both a suction tube and return, featuring a 5/8 inch suction tube and a 1/2 inch Fuel Return Port. This design eliminates the need for cutting the filler neck, speeding up installation. The pickup tube is made of PTFE Teflon, which can be cut to fit various fuel tank depths, allowing safe operation down to approximately 1/8 tank of fuel when properly installed.
