The FASS Fuel Systems FASF16290G is an adjustable diesel fuel lift pump, specifically the Signature Series, designed for high-performance applications. It delivers up to 290 gallons of diesel fuel per hour and allows for adjustable fuel pressure from 1-75 PSI, making it suitable for race or competition setups. It features a boost compensation port to increase fuel pressure under full throttle and includes a 6061 T-6 billet aluminum bulkhead fitting that acts as both a suction and return port. The PTFE Teflon suction tube can be trimmed to fit different tank depths, allowing safe operation down to about 1/8 tank of fuel. The system is designed for easier installation as the FASS return line can be connected directly to the bulkhead fitting, eliminating the need to cut the filler neck.
