FASS 17-19 Chevrolet Duramax L5P Titanium Plus Diesel Fuel Lift Pump 140GPH (Tune Required)

The FASS Titanium Signature Series PLUS is an evolution of the Titanium Signature Series Fuel System, featuring ORB fittings, black anodized 6061 aluminum fittings, and black fuel lines. Rated at 140 GPH, it supports stock to 500 HP and is designed to eliminate fuel-related injector failures in Duramax diesel engines. This system incorporates FASS Whisper Technology (FWT) for noise reduction, Performance Radius Cuts (PRC) for improved fuel flow and air/vapor removal, and Mass Flow Return (MFR) technology for continuous fuel polishing, with a 12-micron filtration rating to remove water, air, and debris. It is designed to extend injector life, improve cold starts, and decrease emissions. The system uses 1/2 inch fuel lines and ports, and offers improved fuel mileage, increased fuel volume, and smoother engine idle. Optional electric heater ports and a fuel pressure gauge port are available. It is backed by a Limited Lifetime Warranty and a 1,000,000 Mile Motor, with filters having a 30,000-mile life expectancy. FASS Bolt On Bracket Mounts utilize factory bed bolts for easy installation. This product may require aftermarket tuning capable of deleting specific diagnostic codes to prevent a Malfunction Indicator Light (MIL) from appearing and installation on cab and chassis models may require modifications.
