FASS 17-22 Ford Powerstroke F250/F350 140gph No Drop Titanium Fuel System

The FASS Titanium Signature Series Fuel System (No-Drop Series) is designed for 2017-2022 Ford F-250/350/450 Super Duty trucks with 6.7L Powerstroke diesel engines. It's engineered for top performance, longevity, and reliability in the aftermarket. Rated at 140 gallons per hour (GPH) and 65 PSI, it supports up to 700 HP. This system provides advanced filtration (2 Microns absolute), removes over 99% of water, and eliminates entrained air and vapor from the fuel, significantly extending the life of injection components. It features FASS Whisper Technology (FWT) for reduced noise, Performance Radius Cuts (PRC) for improved fuel flow, and Mass Flow Return (MFR) technology for continuous fuel polishing. The No-Drop Kit includes a FASS Fuel Sump (SK5501) for simplified, tank-removal-free installation, utilizing factory bed bolts for mounting.
