FASS 23-24 Ford Powerstroke F250/F350 240gph No Drop Titanium Plus Fuel System

The Titanium Signature Series diesel fuel system by FASS Diesel Fuel Systems is engineered for top performance, longevity, and reliability. Rated at 240 gallons per hour with high pressures of 70PSI, it supports Ford Powerstroke 6.7L diesel engines for 900-1200 HP aggressive tuning and high-performance upgrades. It offers advanced filtration, extending the life of injection systems and injectors with a 2 Micron filtration rating, built-in water separation, and FASS's patented air/vapor removal process. This system includes a FASS BHF-1005 (Bulkhead and Suction Tube Kit) machined from 6061 T-6 Billet Aluminum, designed to mount directly to the factory fuel tank module, eliminating 1/4 and 1/8 tank issues. The PTFE Teflon pickup tube is cuttable for various tank depths, allowing operation down to approximately 0 miles until empty. Features FASS Whisper Technology (FWT) for drastically reduced sound levels while increasing fuel flow, Performance Radius Cuts (PRC) to improve fuel flow and prevent air/vapor reintroduction, and Mass Flow Return (MFR) technology to continually polish fuel, preventing cavitation and ensuring clean fuel.
