FASS 92-00 GM Silverado/Sierra 2500 and 3500 6.5L 100GPH Series Plus Diesel Fuel Pump

The FASS Titanium Signature Series Plus is an advanced diesel fuel system designed for 1992-2000 Chevrolet C/K2500/3500 and GMC C/K2500/3500 6.5L Turbo Diesel engines. It features ORB (O-Ring Boss) fittings, 6061 aluminum black anodized fittings, and black fuel lines for a clean installation. This system is rated at 100 gallons per hour (GPH) and can support engines up to 600 horsepower, while maintaining 5-7 PSI fuel pressure. Key benefits and features include: FASS Whisper Technology (FWT) reduces noise levels while increasing fuel flow rates. Performance Radius Cuts (PRC) improve fuel flow through the system by preventing the reintroduction of air and vapor and avoiding eddy currents.
