The FASS Titanium Signature Series 140 GPH Fuel System is designed for 1994-1998 Dodge Ram 2500 and 3500 with 5.9L Cummins engines, supporting stock to 700 HP. It operates at 45-47 PSI and features FASS Whisper Technology (FWT) for reduced noise, Performance Radius Cuts (PRC) to improve fuel flow and prevent reintroduction of air/vapor, and Mass Flow Return (MFR) technology for continuous fuel polishing and air/vapor/water removal. It provides 2-micron (manufacturer) or 3-micron (retailer) filtration, a built-in water separation filter, and improved cold weather starts. This complete replacement system includes 1/2 inch fuel lines and ports, and offers benefits such as extended injector life, decreased emissions, improved fuel volume delivery, and smoother engine idle. It comes with optional electric heater ports, an optional fuel pressure gauge port, and a limited lifetime warranty.
