FASS 98.5-04.5 Dodge Cummins 2500/3500 165gph No Drop Titanium Plus Fuel System

The FASS Titanium Signature Series Plus is an evolution of the Titanium Signature Series Fuel System. This 'No-Drop Plus' kit includes the Titanium Signature Series Fuel System (TSPD08165G) and a FASS Diesel Fuel Sump Kit (SK5501). It features ORB (O-Ring Boss) fittings, 6061 aluminum black anodized fittings, and black fuel lines for a clean installation. The No-Drop Plus Kits simplify installation by including the FASS Fuel Sump, eliminating the need to remove the fuel tank. This system is designed to increase fuel lubricity by at least 10 percent, potentially tripling the life of injection components. It removes over 99 percent of water from fuel, eliminates entrained air and vapor, and filters out debris down to 2 microns absolute, providing significantly more fuel flow than OEM systems. Electric Fuel Heater Kits are available separately for cold environments.
